Midday Guided Meditation Series (Online)
Tapping into the group’s collective thread of what is up for healing, I (Becky) will lead the group through a personalized guided visualization meditation every Wednesday in the midday during the month of September. These meditations are intended to elevate the participants connection to self love, self exploration, and empowerment towards taking action in living your best life. This offering is for both beginner and experienced meditators.
This meditation series is offered via “Zoom” an online platform using audio which makes this opportunity available for anyone around the world! All participants can join in the live sessions and receive the recording. Because these live sessions are online and recorded, you can enjoy the experience anywhere that enhances your bliss! All sessions are online and live. After you sign up I will send you the link and instructions that you will use to access the meditation series.
Each meditation will be crafted for the groups collective healing. It will be a unique and very special meditation experience. All meditation experience levels are encouraged to join.
Can't make the live session, no biggie, all 4 meditations will be recorded and emailed to all participantswho have signed up so you can listen to them when it's convenient for you.
The meditation will be around 20mins in length, I will stay on the line afterwards for anyone who wishes to debrief.
Although the meditations will be recorded and you don't have to listen live; but challenge yourself to do this mid-day mid-week time slot. Here it is why; peeling way from the mid week/day's stress and/or overwhelm is a great way to calm the mind and body allowing for a rejuvenating experience. Create or Reclaim your Wednesday lunch break!
