Please read these policies carefully before booking a reading, course, or event. By booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

Responsibilities:

Your well-being (physical, mental, and emotional), decisions, choices, actions, and their resulting outcomes in connection with your work with Becky Hesseltine LLC are entirely your responsibility. Consequently, you agree that Becky Hesseltine LLC holds no liability for any action or inaction, or any direct or indirect impact of the Services. You understand that the Services offered are not therapy, are not meant to replace therapy if needed, and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental health condition or medical illness. Furthermore, you understand that no financial guidance is provided through these Services.

Cancellation policy: 

Becky understands that unforeseen circumstances come up and she strives to be as accommodating and flexible as possible while honoring the time, energy and commitment to sharing these heartfelt experiences with you.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be non-refundable. However, we may offer the option to reschedule once, subject to availability and potentially a 25% rescheduling fee. No-shows (without prior cancellation) will be non-refundable, and rescheduling will not be offered. In exceptional circumstances we may consider waiving or modifying the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. In the unlikely event that Becky Hesseltine needs to cancel (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the option of a full refund or to reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability. She will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible.

Refund Policy: 

Becky’s commitment to you goes beyond providing a psychic medium reading and facilitating events and courses; it's about fostering a meaningful connection. Becky operates with the highest ethical standards, ensuring a respectful and compassionate experience.  While she cannot guarantee specific outcomes or connections with particular individuals in spirit.  Becky’s intention is to deliver messages and facilitate events and courses with integrity, clarity and empathy. If, for any reason, you feel that your experience did not meet these standards of ethical practice, clear communication, and compassionate connection, please contact Becky directly within 48 hours. Your feedback is deeply valued and will be treated with the utmost respect. Becky is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and building a long-term relationship based on trust. She will work with you to find a resolution that honors your experience, which may include a follow-up discussion, a partial credit towards a future experience, a full refund or another solution that feels right for both parties.
