Belonging

If you’re feeling like the black sheep in your family, friend group, at work, at the gym, at school, the grocery store…you’re not alone.

It’s okay to be different. We are all the same and unique at the same time. It’s the sense of belonging that is what we humans need. To be loved for all that you are including the parts that you might be hiding from the outside world and possibly yourself. You might be hiding or protecting your wounded parts, your creative art, or your spiritual gifts.

To tap into the sense of belonging, start with self-acceptance. Accept all of who you are. Embrace it all. Inner-belonging and self accesptance. Seeing yourself with open-eyes and open-heart. Embrace your uniqueness, the wisdom of your wounds, your unique creativity, and spiritual connectedness. Don’t shut yourself out of the home in your heart. You belong there. You belong here.

We all belong in the home of the collective heart. That love that’s beating your heart is also beating mine, and all the others around you. We are the same in this way. We’re all connected by the power of love.

Trust your heart. Honor your truth. Let love lead the way.
