Meditation Options I've Explored and Recommend

These are some meditation options that has worked for me. I hope this helps you discover what might work for you.

  • HeadSpace: This is where I started my meditation practice.  A super great place to start with the basics.

  • Joe Dispenza Meditations: His meditations are designed to shift your thinking and your life. Very Empowering!

  • Mooji: His sweet meditations brings me to complete peace and harmony. 

  • Tony Robbins: I love his “Priming” mediation.  It facilitates a blissful state change. 

  • Deepak Chopra Meditations: His mantra based mediations are very help with focusing the mind.  

  • “Add Heart” from the Heart Math Institute: Research based method towards aligning heart/brain coherence.

  • Wim Hoff: His breathing technique is something I’m currently exploring.  

  • Insight Timer: I use it’s timing feature daily to simply time my meditations when I sit with my own soul and spirit.  I personally do “sitting in the power” meditations to further develop my mediumship and soul. I’ll speak to that more in another blog post.  

  • Jermey Wolf : A fellow Coloradan, his Yoga Nidra meditations and his voice is unbelievable.
