On Monday March 5th 2023 we meditated to a meditation called “Experiencing the Present Moment”. I shared this meditation live with the Monday Morning Meditation Group. My personal reflection of this meditation is that when our life experiences brings us to our knees we are left nowhere else but to go within the present moment. We realize that's all we have. The past and future no longer exist and what is left is the raw moment of the eternal now. With this meditation we sink into that reality where we are fully connected to the infinite.  I believe that within that space is where we merge with the divine, allowing for that intelligence to deliver healing, love and proud connection. 

In this 30 minute guided meditation we start out by acknowledging the past and future without attachment, letting go of the outer world and sink into our inner world. From there we allow ourselves to be held in the sacred space between past and future, the present moment. From this space we access the eternal now and the infinite intelligence of love and wisdom that resides within it.
